Kids After Hours Amusement Rentals
(Carnival Day), is the product of many
years of entertaining children. Kids After
Hours has been providing school aged
children with safe, fun, and enriching
daycare programs for 23 years. Kids After
Hours is a successful program that owes
its success to the generosity and
forethought of its owners and to the
inexhaustible energies of the thousands
of kids who have “grown-up” with
Kids After Hours.
Founded by Bob & Tammy Sickels with its first center at Burtonsville Elementary School in Burtonsville, Maryland, Kids After Hours, Inc., is now the second largest daycare provider in Montgomery County, Maryland. In an effort to create an environment at each Kids After Hours Center that caters to the diverse interests of a variety of children, the Sickels looked to their own growing family for inspiration and ideas. In 1995, they purchased a single moon bounce and a cotton candy machine to provide their Kids After Hours kids with additional giggles and to entertain at their own four children's birthday parties. By 1997, they had six kids of their own and Kids After Hours had grown to eight before and after school daycare programs.

Today, Kids After Hours, Inc., and Carnival Day makes an effort to support and give back to their Montgomery County community by providing contributions, planning, equipment, and personnel for Washington area school fundraisers and carnivals. The companies sponsors several local youth sports teams and conduct annual Toys for Tots toy drives and penny drives.
